Selecting a supplier, placing the order and making the payment are not all the work required for successful outcomes. Continuous communication and management are very important for a successful operation, especially when there are more than one supplier. Our experienced managers help you to make sure that the product requirements are clearly communicated, the production is properly planned, the plan is followed without delay, problems which come out in the process are solved, progress is documented and reported. In other words, we put you back to control as if you were dealing with a supplier next door. We have our own order handling system with summaries weekly of your order status and what orders and products that has been send out the previous week. To ensure 100% delivery precision we follow up the orders on a daily basis both from our sourcing offices but also frequently on spot visiting the suppliers creating good understanding, partnership and personal relations in order to get the orders produced in time even during peak periods where the suppliers might have capacity problems.
